Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 3 days before the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 1 day before the arrival date will forfeit the deposit.
- No-shows or early departures are not eligible for refunds.
4.2 Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 30 to the original payment method used.
- Any transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refunded amount.
